There is an eating movement called zero carb (zc) or carnivore diet with the motto eat meat when hungry, drink water when thirsty. Several facebook groups and websites allege that consuming just meat (talking about high quality beef mainly) can increase the wellbeing and cease the existing food allergy and autoimmune disease symptoms. The website Meat Heals is a collection of positive results from changing to this diet, while Just Meat is more of a scientific resource compilation. I really hope that this kind of woe (way of eating, with their words) is not detrimental in the long run, as I am experimenting with this myself.
