As mentioned not long time ago, I advocated doing some kind of diet maintaining for a long period of time, not just for the immediate physical benefits such as weight loss, but for more subtle ones means sleeping, overall energy level.
A stressful 2 weeks of writing my master’s submission led to the point where I’ve not been in ketosis since the end of september. Retrospective it is easy to see the milestones in the failing process. A box of icecream, because I earned it or a pasta for a day or two gradually changed my mindset and overall cohesion to keeping a healthy diet. As a result, I gained weight, possibly lost my motivation to do anything and completely ignored going to the gym. Still, being aware of the process have not helped me so far, as I’ve been struggling with very little success to get back eating properly. It is interesting to see how easily the urge to obtain enjoyable food overrun the rational beliefs of living a healthy life even if it causes physical symptoms.
I’m leaving Rotterdam next week, so It would be a nice get back into the habit of healthy eating, before I get back to Hungary.
