A year ago I would not had thought that eliminating particular food types from my diet can help not just in terms of digestion, but sleeping, daily energy level and even my skin problems were dissolving. We are talking about (gluten, wohoo, not a new kid on the block), milk and to my suprires egg (whites) also.
Not falling into any bandwagon (keto, atkins, paleo, whatever) it’s very important in the long-term for everyone to make tests about their intolerances, food allergies and eating that way forever.
