Living with essential tremor

Posted at — Feb 2, 2017

There is a movement disorder, called essential tremor which I’ve had since my small child years. By wikipedia:

Essential tremor is the most common movement disorder; its cause is unknown. It typically involves a tremor of the arms, hands or fingers but sometimes involving the head, vocal cords or other body parts during voluntary movements such as eating and writing.

Man can live with this, avoid situations where the shaking is eye-catching, or simply try to accept it with environment in certain circumstances. Unfortunatley there is a problem, that I can’t tackle. The ability (or lack of) to write legibly, at a readable manner, so I can’t barely read my own class notes after a day or two. I’d use a computer to take notes, but research after research shows the possible benefits of using your hands instead of typing. I really like to see a pen in the future like this spoon.
