  3. Have an almost non-active lifestyle outside the gym with crazy sitting pose.

Thanks to this and my stubbornness about the sayings of others, I got a serious herniation at a cold december morning 1 years ago. Being physically crippled at age 22 can seriously harm your overall life. In the next weeks and months after 1 year, I try to rebuild my back foundation to be able to function properly.
